Harvard University exhibits the highest excellence in any field related to ECOCEP. The Harvard University participation in ECOCEP will be coordinated through the Harvard Center for Risk Analysis (HCRA). It is an interdisciplinary centre at the Harvard School of Public Health, which is one of the 10 colleges of Harvard University. The HCRA is a multidisciplinary group of faculty, research staff, students and visiting scholars who work together to improve decisions about environmental health.

Wide co-authorship networks and other attributes of excellent successful international cooperation are obviously an essential feature of the economics research at Harvard.
